MARIA LOOKING FOR PARENTS

Masha, a baby who is 4 years old, comes from an orphanage near Moscow and is a doll.
She was born with physical disabilities of the spinal cord. Her parents were frightened and refused to take her. BUT, contrary to our society''s representation, it is not the end for Masha. Such children are usually mentally intact, and depending on the degree of the spinal cord injury, and the quality of treatment / rehabilitation, often can be self-sufficient or even walk normally. There are ways of solving problems with incontinence (both operational and hygienic). With good and timely treatment and rehabilitation, these children have very good chances to live long and rich lives!
Masha is still quite yîung , which greatly improves the situation - she has more time for treatment, rehabilitation and finding her future family.
(Her name is Maria. Masha is just short kid`s name for Maria in russia.)

Last year Masha has changed not only intellectually, but also physically. Thanks to efforts of volunteers which are engaged in her treatment, many of problems threatening her health have dissappired. And today Maria already is different child than with whom our girls have started to be engaged one year ago.
Two videos with Masha http://lubertsy.opekainfo.ru/masha_video.php

Masha is just about to be transfered to a House of Disabled, thus the girl completely intellectually intact, and she is well developed. In her group she likes very much to chat with nurses, to coquet. It is impossible, that such child will live in loneliness!

So we are waiting very-very much for new mum and the father!

P.S. Before you decide to adopt Maria, check with me, if there is a designated by russian government agency from your country
If there is no agency with russian license from your country (for example, Australia doesn''t have one ), then it is next to impossible to adopt a kid from Russia. Try Ukraine and Belorussia.
